(Pam, Sweetie, Mom, MiMi)
I was born and raised in Anderson, Indiana. After 50 years of living in a place where the βair hurts my face,β my husband, Bill, and I gave our best effort at gulf coast living. After four years of living on the Island of Galveston in Jamaica Beach, Texas, where the temperature was a constant βskin melting degrees,β we now find ourselves settled in between two breathtakingly beautiful mountain ranges and are enjoying small-town living in Franklin, North Carolina.
On November 21, 2002, I married my wonderful-so-good-to-me husband, Bill. He doesnβt know a stranger, has an unlimited amount of kindness to share with friend or foe, and he is truly a blessing and an answer to my prayers. Together we have three adult children, six grandchildren, and three large and overly playful rescue dogs.
I love springtime with the promise of new life, and the brilliant colors and sweet smell of the cool, fall air. I enjoy deep conversations with family and friends, and the joy (mostly) that comes from reminiscing. Hearing the laughter of my grandchildren makes my heart smile!

κ§ββ A Few Things That Bring Me Joy . . . ββκ§
I enjoy being in and observing nature β I am fascinated with trees and waterfalls, and will take a million and one photographs whether itβs the first or one-hundredth time that Iβve seen them! Reading, writing, and listening to music brings balance to my universe β these are the things that stir up within me that which must be shared with the universe (or with any poor soul who stumbles across my ramblings)!
I am a Sports Junkie! I am an avid fan of the NFL (I will forever bleed Indianapolis Colts blue), NASCAR, and the NHL (especially the Pittsburgh Penguins).
I consistently try to learn about natural health solutions and enjoy helping others discover simple health solutions so they can be empowered to live a healthier, happier life.
